Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as undergarments, shapewear, and intimate products may not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Return Shipping
